1 / Does JC Client Services do home renovation projects outside of bathrooms and kitchens?

Yes, in addition to doing high-quality remodels on bathrooms and kitchens, we also do incredible work on other areas of your home, inside and out.

2 / Do you have your own contractors?

Yes, we do have in-house contractors who lead almost every single job.

3 / You obviously have a network of contractors you work with outside of the JC Client Services team, how are they accountable to you? How do you guarantee quality work?

While we absolutely work with contractors outside of our own, we are assured quality work for a simple reason: we proudly pay our employees very well, both inside and outside of our network. Because we take care of the people who do our work, they take care of our clients. By paying our employees well, we are able to partner exclusively with experienced, top-shelf specialists fostering a culture that consistently delivers the quality of work our clients deserve. 

4 / Are you going to give me a price and then change it once you start working?

No, and we pride ourselves on that answer. We will never ask you for more money for a job that we have agreed to do. In the rare case where a large problem is uncovered, that obviously is a different a job and that change would require signatures from both parties on a new agreement. However, as a practice, no, we never ask for additional funds to complete work we have agreed to do.
